In the store for 45 min. Not 1 associate came up to assist. Not because they were busy helping other customers, but they were too busy shooting the shit around the register. Total lack of caring from the staff. With all the choices for clothes, we probably won’t be back here again

My family and I went 15 minutes before close (just to exchange one thing, not shop around) and their gate was already closed down! We drove decently far and hoped we would make it on time just for them to have the gates closed! Very disappointed for the mall hours to say 7 and the teens inside close it much before then!... read full comment
