“If you ever want clubs fitted to you, it would be a disservice if you did not have Tom fit you. I went to a demo day at a course and had the club rep fit me. I went to play my first round with them and noticed immediately that the clubs did not have the right specs for me. I was told to see Tom at Van's, which I did, and he noticed that the specs were not right for me. He had me hit with different shafts and heads, with different lofts. He sent my specs to the manufacturer to have a new set made for me to exchange the other clubs that were misfit to me. He said not to play with the new set until I came to him and hit them to make sure they were right for me. Tom is the best.”
“As long as this shop is open and we live in Tucson, we will not buy cleats from any other store. For my younger boy we are always able to find elite and pro shoes on clearance for 50% off. For my older boy who helps pay for his shoes we are always able to find top of the line shoes, get them properly fitted, get the best size and fit profile, and add optional inserts if necessary etc. This place goes above and beyond, and it is so important for our athlete's feet! It's also handy to be able to pick up RefGear for my older boy, and we've always been satisfied with the uniforms that we get for our soccer club through here as well. And if your soccer club uses the shop for uniforms, you get 10% off your order. Honestly love this place!!”

“Background: we went to the other location and another store... told both those places we were looking to purchase a brand new set of irons. Neither location were willing to give us the time of day. Very frustrating to be willing to spend a pretty penny on clubs, with no one willing to give the time of day.John at this location not only helped us, got us completely set up on a new set of clubs and bent correctly... but he also assisted numerous other customers during the time he helped us and made everyone feel well cared for. “Brought I ball I to get drilled, wanted a thumb slug, but said didn't need it. Saved me money, didn't try to upsell on what I didn't need. Drilled my fingers without inserts and custom fitted the holes to my fingers and my wife shoes were probably cheaper online, I like the fact he didn't try to make a dollar of us. Will be going back in the future.”

The top level is clothing and shoes, bottom level is outdoor gear. There is an elevator on the far corner of the building.”

“I was looking to buy some new tennis shoes and came from the Skechers store down the street where they had horrible customer service. It was a relief when we walked in the door and Jordan greeted us and offered to help.
Jordan was friendly and immediately offered to show me shoes in the brand that I was looking for, he also suggested a few other brands.
While I was trying on my new Asics, another gentleman with dark curly hair came by and asked if I needed some help.
It was amazing the difference in customer service from the Skechers store.
Jordan was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I was able to walk in purchase the shoes I wanted and leave in under 20 minutes.

“These guys know their stuff! Getting back into archery after 20+ years the tech has changed so much. They were super patient and spent over 2 hours helping me choose the right bow and equipment. After a few month and a few hundred shots they reset my timing for free. As they were doing so, I watched them work with another customer who was clearly a seasoned archer. I asked him how long they had been working with him to get things right, “Just shy of 2 hours”. Good to know that, regardless of skill level or knowledge, their service standards don’t deteriorate. Well done.”
