Good sized REI with good selection. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not accessible from the inside of the mall, you have to exit and enter from the outside. There are two levels. The top level is clothing and shoes, bottom level is outdoor gear. There is an elevator on the far corner of the building.

Superior service!! We had to do multiple things at check out. Return in store, return online order, pick up online order, purchase in store. Kayla was so friendly and patient tonwork through all these transactions an all with a smile. Great experience.
