βBought a new pair of shoes for work. I believe the person who helped me was Daniel. He was very helpful and gave great customer service. I mentioned to him that I recently purchased some high quality shoes online from Alegria (a brand they carry) but couldnβt wear them because they squeak terribly. He told me a quick fix for that and it worked perfectly!β
βAfter living in Tucson for 20 years, Iβm ashamed to admit that was my first time in Alanβs.I was met and greeted by Sarah, who immediately helped me with a few selections and presented me with several options and sizes. I made my selection and was in and out in around 20 minutes!Sarah was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me great customer service!I have found my first choice for shoes from now on!β
βI've been there a couple times for a pair of pants. The seamstress is extremely knowledgeable, she took one look at me and knew my exact size. They even so free hem trims with the purchase of the pants. Bought a nice knife too. I'm a bigger guy so I couldn't remember my size since my last pair of pants I bought here was 5 years ago. That's how long they lasted before they ripped. About 40 to 65 dollars for pants. But like I said. Lasted me 6 years of outside work, inside work, hiking, camping, driving jobs. They had a really nice jacket as well, Will be returning for that.β

βI bought 2 pairs of black pants, straight leg. They were both different brands but fit very well. I also bought a 4-pk of underwear and an 8-pk of low cut socks, some valentine kitchen towels and a dog bed for my cats. I am very happy with my purchase. Good products and very decent prices.I had gone 2 weeks ago to a big department store and couldn't find a pair of decent black pants (very limited supply). I bought socks (8-pk) and was very disappointed cause socks were very thin on the top part of foot that I had to double up my socks. The quality was not there for the price. I didn't find same panties, as their ad had shown in an e-mail I received the day before I went in. When I asked the sales person why they didn't have ANY panties (the same as the ad), she said they get a VERY LIMITED AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS.I also went to Walmart and bought an 8-pk of socks and they fit kinda tight, quality was better than the other big department store but fit too tight for me.However, The socks I purchased at DD's were good quality and the fit was perfect according to size. They stretched and were not too tight. Also, the panties were stylish, nice colors, and a great price!β
βLove it! There is a woman who works there, I love to "work" with her. I shop alot, not just for myself but for others as well. I can always count on her to find something or check in on a deal she thought was super. Idk if she knows I seek her out for the 411, or Matthew just some shopping banter. Today for instance I mentioned my frustration with a set of 3 kitchen rugs, I had bought no or that long ago at another retailer. One of the rugs had a tight cold seam that just would not let up. Already it's wearing badlyb on the seam that never settled. She said she hadmore in the back ect. I didn't find one I thought would for sure work. But a possible, going to try it out. Feels like I'm being helped with my task. So rare these days! I should know her name, Shame me! Blonde, ponytail bit to guess her age but I would say her kids are about 30.probably. It seems she knows pretty much every nook and cranny of the store.β

βThis is a 5 star business!! They will go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. I purchased boots and a belt at a reasonable price. The place is clean, you get excellent service, the prices fair, and its a local business! What more can you ask for!β
βThis location on oracle has the best customer service and more of a selection of clothing. Please recognize Gillian she was very helpful and you definitely can tell she loves her job. This kind of customer service is what is needed at the Ajo location. We didnβt have a great experience at that location everyone was too busy to help and irritated when asked for help.β
βWe had a great experience, the sales staff was super helpful inpatient. I tried on 80% boots, finally found one that fit and then didn't like the color. I told the sales staff that I would buy them if they weren't so butt ugly! We all laughed, and we're shopping online for the same vendor and size.β

βThe prices were very reasonable and some good sales. But the staff is putting sale signs right above items that are NOT on sale. So the pricing is VERY deceiving. Be careful!β
βIt is often hit or miss with the Shoe Palace. This location is at the main entrance to the Park Place Mall off Broadway. Aside from their shoes, this place will sometimes have super cool novelty clothing. A bit pricey, however, unique and stylish. Customer service has always been on point here, that got them to my 5 stars.β

βNathaly the store manager is a great individual. I had came to do an exchange on some shoes that didnβt work out for me, even though they were worn I didnβt enjoy the fit, she has told me before I had bought them if they didnβt work out I can come back and exchange or return them for another style. I really did appreciate that information, sadly I didnβt get any other shoes but her great customer service made me want to come back in the future for anything else I may be looking for. βI have been wearing Stewart boots for over 50 years. I got my first pair in about 1970, and just received my third pair this past weekend. I went in for a fitting in early April and they arrived on the 14th of October. Not a long time to wait when you consider how great they are and how well they fit. The wait is well worth it. The fit is amazing, the quality is the best, need I say more. If that weren't the case I wouldn't have just had another pair made. I'm assuming they might be my last pair, and I'l probably be wearing them when the lay me to rest Hats off to Victor, Linda, and the Men of Stewart Boots. Sandy Charneyβ
