Staff is helpful and know exactly where everything is

Today I purchased a heavy item, the staff happily took it out to my car. Two hours later I was back, it didn't fit in the space, I guess eyeballing it wasnt a good idea. The staff happily carried it back in and cheerfully gave me a refund. Just nice young people!!
