“Great place, showed up approximately 7 and 1/2 hours early. Was assigned a door immediately. Loading took about an hour. Only complaint was port a pottie for a bathroom, but it was clean so it's all good.”

“Its Price Club, I mean Costco. If you need something in bulk that they carry its great. If your looking for variety for a specific type of item(say deodorant) then look elsewhere. Can't beat a hot dog and a soda for a buck fifty, and seeing the same employees for a decade says a lot to me.”
“As a truck driver, this is one of the better Amazon sort centers I’ve been to. Checked in smoothly and the staff was professional and respectful. They kept things moving and didn’t waste drivers’ time, which is a big plus in this industry. Yard is well organized, directions were clear, and the process was straightforward. I was in and out with no unnecessary delays. Facilities like TUS5 make a driver’s day a lot easier. Appreciate the efficiency—keep it up. Exit is not the same place where you come in, it’s a one way basically, make sure you go to the back to exit.”

“OTR: Follow Truck Route. NO Overnight parking onsite. NO Parking on the side street. Gated facility. Open: 24/7. Busy location. There is plenty of maneuvering space, very manageable to maneuver. Good lighting at this location. Have pickup / delivery details (+ #). The portable bathroom is available next to the gate entry. No staging area. Tandems to the rear. Must have Hi-Visibilty vest. Must have straps to secure load. Pets allowed, but they must remain in the truck.”

“So crowded. Why does everyone’s brain turn off in the parking lot. People working here are nice but the patrons are just the worst. They are rude and don’t respect other customers space. Costco shoppers need to do better, happens in all Costco parking lots. We actually came up with a song titled “Avoided our Trip to Costco” because the parking lot. My husband refuses to go.”
