“So crowded. Why does everyone’s brain turn off in the parking lot. People working here are nice but the patrons are just the worst. They are rude and don’t respect other customers space. Costco shoppers need to do better, happens in all Costco parking lots. We actually came up with a song titled “Avoided our Trip to Costco” because the parking lot. My husband refuses to go.”
“I work for Costco 20 years ago. I've been to Costco's all over the United States. And I've never had a bad experience. Love it every time. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and I never regret it and this is the one store I come back to you every month and I always spend some insane amount of money that it's not within my budget and I never regret it. I do it every single month and I'm completely fine with it . Part of why I stopped working there was because I was spending my whole paycheck there. I had a problem now it's my hobby shout out to my homies that I still see when I shop there and the ones I'm still friends with !!!”

“Of course I love Costco. Buy bulk and find hidden gems. I hate the lines, but the checkers really hustle. I can't complain. I recently found chicken teriyaki bowels. Those did not last long! Anyway, whether you want a floor rug, food, clothes, batteries, or alcohol; Costco is the place to go. Good luck getting out of there without spending a lot of money. Good place to get gifts too! And cake!”
“Today I had an experience like no other. I did the delivery order since I did not want to go out to the store a couple of days before Thanksgiving. I placed a delivery for some things I needed for thanksgiving dinner. On that list was a fruit tray. There fruit trays looks beautiful and taste great. Well the lady who delivered it thought so too. She gave me half eaten tray. I didn't realize till she left when I was checking my list and making sure everything was there. I was soo upset. You see all those stories on the news about people who eat your food using Uber, doordash etc. And now I experience it. And I was livid. I called Sams on stone and spoke to Becky. She was very helpful and kind and very understanding and shocked just like me about the lady eating half of my order. She apologized and she wanted to make it right. She had a separate order come out and delivered me a new fruit tray. She even called me back making sure I got it and that all the product was there. She made me think that there is still good people out there trying to do the right thing. Thank you Becky! You made my day and my thanksgiving a lot better. Becky is a example of a fantastic employee, went above and beyond to help make it right. She gets 100 golden stars!”

“The up front people were kind and helpful as usual, but my comment is for the optometrist. I heard he is new about 6 months with Sams Club. He was the most detailed and in depth optometrist that I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He made sure I understood everything he was going over with me. I believe his last name was Timbre if I remember correctly. By far the best eye doctor I've ever seen.”

“This place has it all! If you are looking for bulk food, kitchen items, or just food you have never been able to buy at normal grocery stores or Costco, this is the place! The only downside is that you need either a business license (LLC or an EIN number) or you have to get a day pass each time you go in. The other down side is they no longer let kids under 18 in the store with a day pass and they don't allow open-toed shoes, so keep that in mind”
