About Western States Metal Roofing
Western States Metal Roofing offers a range of products including metal roofing, siding, trim, and accessories. Customers have noted easy ordering via email and web payment, short lead times for 'will call' pick up, and outstanding yard staff for quick loading. Board and batten siding pieces were described as simple to install, durable, and fire resistant in alpine environments. Neighbors and contractors were impressed with the product. One customer was able to put on a roof with all trim pieces and accessories for about $5k instead of $18K. However, another customer reported poor customer service that did not match website claims of supporting DIY projects. They had difficulty getting technical assistance and confirmation on trim pieces for metal siding options. After being promised a supervisor would reach out, no contact was made. An update noted the customer was contacted and reassigned an excellent sales rep who made it right. Another reviewer found some sales reps condescending and unhelpful, but recommended asking for a professional, knowledgeable, and efficient team member at the Tucson location.

When calling the Tucson location try getting Martin for customer service, he is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. if you call and they ask you to get in touch with your sales rep, I find this very unpleasant and time consuming. I have experienced some sales reps to be condescending and unhelpful.

Just wanted to say that Martin and Western States have allowed me to replace my roof with all of the trim pieces and accesories that I need. I'm able to put on a $18K roof for about $5k. Martin, Noelle and Rafa were all awesome at their jobs and helped me with questions orders and loading. Great team!
