Sultana Bar
301 Historic Rte 66, WilliamsWe frequented the Sultana back in 1976, when my husband was running the sawmill in Williams. It wasn't NEAR as big then, and usually only a few people. On occasion a mountain man would come in with his dog(s), and the dogs were served beer on the floor by the big brass foot rail (no longer there). I don't recall a menu then, but the service and atmosphere were excellent!

Grand Canyon Brewing + Distillery
301 N 7th St, WilliamsCame in a few days ago for late lunch after a trip to the Grand Canyon and what a great place. Staff were nice and the meat lovers calzone was delicious. Also huge! lol. ? I didn’t expect it quite so big. I did finish it though, just given I’m a big eater. The soda fountain is a great touch too. I expect we will go back to the Grand Canyon again, and I’d totally come back to this place along the way. ?? ??

The Rodeo Steak House
950 N Grand Canyon Blvd, WilliamsWell, we came to Williams on our Route66 Motorcycle trip, having a nice steak..actually: we did! and also the service was awesome! it‘s a shame that a bit of a „rip-off-touristy-feeling“ left: There was a Wine card on our table, offering Red Wine (Merlot and others) for 7,-. It was a nice one so we had 3 of us each.\nWhen getting the bill it showed us 15.-(!) per glass, which means 90,- only for wine…much more than the steak.. when we asked the waitress she actually put a second wine menu (!) on the table and explained, we drank THIS wine (15,- per glass!) so we‘d have to pay for it.\nSorry to say but this feels like a tourist-rip-off, which left a weird feeling. So sad..and not necessary.

Historic Brewing Barrel House - Williams
141 W Railroad Ave, WilliamsSolid selection of craft beers in a cool space. Not a huge menu, husband loved the pizza, burger was decent. Beer was outstanding! Service isn't bad it's just more dependent on the customer, like self checkout. Would go back.

Cruiser's Route 66 Cafe
233 W Rte 66, WilliamsWe stopped at Cruisers 66 while passing through Williams and overall had a good experience. My wife ordered the chili and really enjoyed it — flavorful, hearty, and exactly what she was hoping for. I went with the chili fries, and they were excellent. Big portion, great flavor, definitely the highlight of my meal.\n\nOur kids stuck with classics: corn dogs and chicken strips. Both were solid choices and the kids were happy, which is always a win when traveling.\n\nThe only downside was the pricing. The food is good, but a bit on the high side for casual diner fare, and the $4 sodas were definitely a surprise.\n\nStill, the Route 66 atmosphere is fun, the food hit the spot, and it’s an easy stop for families.\n\nWould I return? Yes!!
