“This is the 1st time I came to the store, however, I find this UPS location has a great welcoming atmosphere. The minute I walked into the store, I can see that the friendly staff was serving a customer, and she take a few seconds to address me and have me wait for a little while she is serving the customer. Her warm and smiling face makes me feel welcome. Even though I was just there to drop off my Amazon return package, she still handled my package with care and asked all my questions. Even the store manager was very nice and friendly as well. I use to go to the UPS near Fry’s at Loop 101 and 59th Ave close to my house, but the staffs at loop 101 & 59th are terrible. After my last visit (July 30) at 79th & Bell (next to Einstein Bagel), I’ll only go to the 79th & Bell location for package shipping. This is a great UPS store.”

“This store's located in a very handy to get to area near many other stores. Primarily we use the store's facilities for printing documents since we don't have a printer at home at the moment. They have self-serve copiers for black and white and colour images, and they're very easy to use if you send your file in by email or bring in a flash drive. The store is never busy, always quiet, and I can only remember one time when the copier was down for maintenance.”

“I would like to share, that I had been looking everywhere for someone to print my Hubby's landscaping business cards. I finally located this location and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Randy, I provided him with the original card and he did a much better job than the one I supplied, the phone numbers are very clear. Not only did this gentleman do a great, great job on our business cards he provided us with a great price! Allen printing did right by us and I highly recommend him...Keep up the good work Mr Randy and the great prices!”

I could tell he was busy and my project was clearly not the most important of things, but he still took the time to help me out when the self service printers left me on "processing". Which I'm not mad about, this project wasn't working on my home printer, so it tracks it would give me trouble elsewhere, haha. “Store was clean, well stocked, staff was genuinely helpful. Though the men's restroom is an opportunity to improve. The sink, the urinal and the toilet were all in need of a scouring to remove grime, urine and poop from them. The floor was sticky and the paper towel dispenser was inoperable.”
