Bought some inserts for my shoes..have a high arch require inserts to relieve knee pain..you go in they measure your steps reccommend a good insert and away you go comfortable and happy..thanks..

Don't buy Oxford BOA steel toe shoes. After only 1 year of wearing them I gave up on them. Very low quality material. Get leather boots for greatest longevity.
