“Honestly I thought I was going to have a bad experience but that God I was assisted buy Peter and Sergio! I had just purchased two previous phones prior experience. The first experience went great unfortunately I was sold a broken phone and when I brought it I was told I couldn’t return it. ( this was a Christmas gift for my 11 year old ) and I ended up paying 117 in upgrading to a new phone after multiple times being told there was no exchange or return…… unfortunately a day later that upgraded phone didn’t work either. I thought to myself another hour with more push back…. I prayed all the way there knowing that my character as a Christian would be push, but that didn’t happen. I walked in asked for a manager and Peter introduced himself and was EXTREMELY professional and understanding. Helped me tremendously!!!! Sergio helped me with the exchanges and was polite respectful!!! ACTUALLY TODAYS EXPERIENCE WAS DAY AND NIGHT COMPARED TO YESTERDAY!!! This men understood customer service”

“I highly recommend Carolina ( with the black hair--- apparently they have two with the name Carolina). On Saturday
I originally went to Sepctrum to buy a new smart phone . I am not the best on computers and asked if they could do the information tranafer/set up with the new phone for me. I was told no--- only M-F when a manager or assistant mgr is on duty. Questioning a little further I learned that it takes up too much of the sales person's time. I suggested maybe I should switch to Verizon. To my surprise the sales clerk agreed and said there is one nearby.
It should be noted that there were several sales clerks on the floor and no customers. So apparently the Spectrum clerk wasn't interested in a sale. I went to Verizon, across the street near Best Buy. There, Carolina was very helpful. I asked upfront about helping with the info transfer. Yes, she said. And I have a watch to pair-- sure she said. And my headphones-- yes, again. Then I asked if there was a chance she could help me pair with my car too. Yes. What a different experience than Spectrum!!!
I knew what phone I wanted. She did a lot of research to determine to options and best way for me to purchase it.
I left with a new $1220 phone and she added the Verizon app and set up that account too!!!
This is the absolute best experience I've had with a major purchase in a very long time. Thank you Carolina ( with the black hair). I am telling everyone about my experience and recommending you. I hope your manager sees this review---- Verizon- you have a fabulous employee in Carolina!!”
