I purchased a new iPhone and he even sent me a case, lens protectors and screen cover. He installed the screen and lens protectors too before he shipped the phone out.

“I had horrible experience at the boost next to On Fourth and came to this location just for advice on how to fix my issue since the employee at the other location was refusing to help and customer service was telling me I had to get it fixed in store. Dafne was working and she was amazing! She apologized for how I was treated by the other location and tried so hard to fix my problem, even though she nor this store were the ones who messed up. She even called her manager at home to help and he was extremely helpful as well, even though it was his day off. She actually got half the problem fixed and the other half has been escalated through customer service and I expect to be resolved soon. I will continue to come to this location for anything I may need in the future.”
“March 24, 2026 at around noon, I came in and exploded at the poor woman behind the counter because I had been on hold with cricket for an hour and they just kept making me repeat myself even though they KNEW I was bleeding from oral surgery! This woman behind the counter deserves a medal 🏅 she was able to reactivate my phone without charging me in ten minutes and sent me on my way. I’m in too much pain to talk, but I hope she knows how grateful I am for her humanity and kindness. I’m so sorry I was raging and in pain, you don’t deserve that.”

“I have nothing but positive reviews for this store. My kids and me went in almost before closing. We were nicely greeted by Carlos Bermudez after I had a really bad experience at the Tmobil at the mall. We went in just asking questions and walked out with 2 new phones. He gave us options on how to save and also always kept a smile with us even though he probably wanted to go home. 🙈 I definitely recommend going to this store and more then anything ask for Carlos B. The drive from El Centro to Yuma was definitely worth it. Thank you Carlos 😊. after a whole bad day, you changed our day with your excellent customer service.”
