RESTROOMS ARE CLEAN. INSIDE THE BUILDING. JUST ASK THE DESK ATTENDANT THAT CHECKED YOU IN, FOR ACCESS.
READ THE SIGN, ABSOLUTELY NO SHOWERS IN THE SINK! THATS ABSOLUTELY SAD THAT IT EVEN HAS TO BE POSTED. BUT THERE!!! ANOTHER SIGN HERE ON GOOGLE.

“I rented a 10 X 20 here for about a year. Being in the open desert it became a bit dusty inside when the wind blew strongly, but this is to be expected in this area. I used a leaf blower occasionally. The pricing was more than 30% less than other facilities in the area for no apparent reason, so I was on a waiting list for a couple of weeks before I got in. I was so lucky.
The staff are incredibly nice. The place is clean, secure and there's plenty of space for a big truck. There's a restroom in the office where you can clean up. I hated to have to give up such a great deal and move out.”
“Getting loaded here normally isn’t bad. You can pull in use the app they suggest or use the tablet they have to sign in. Usually plenty of parking. Usually not too long of a wait to get loaded. I’ve had two trips here where I had to wait until they received the freight I was there to get. Still not bad. The staff is nice and they have hot food on the property. It’s called Layas Place.”
