RESTROOMS ARE CLEAN. INSIDE THE BUILDING. JUST ASK THE DESK ATTENDANT THAT CHECKED YOU IN, FOR ACCESS.
READ THE SIGN, ABSOLUTELY NO SHOWERS IN THE SINK! THATS ABSOLUTELY SAD THAT IT EVEN HAS TO BE POSTED. BUT THERE!!! ANOTHER SIGN HERE ON GOOGLE.

“I rented a 10 X 20 here for about a year. Being in the open desert it became a bit dusty inside when the wind blew strongly, but this is to be expected in this area. I used a leaf blower occasionally. The pricing was more than 30% less than other facilities in the area for no apparent reason, so I was on a waiting list for a couple of weeks before I got in. I was so lucky.
The staff are incredibly nice. The place is clean, secure and there's plenty of space for a big truck. There's a restroom in the office where you can clean up. I hated to have to give up such a great deal and move out.”
“Honestly , I hate picking up loads from Yuma because of the wait times , but this facility here by far the best one to pickup from in Yuma , my pickup was anytime between 7pm-10pm
Their latest check in time is 9:50pm
Gps was showing me eta 10:30 so I called in advance and let them know about the road condition and traffic was bad in CA
I arrived here at 10:15pm they’re done with check in and only few trucks on the docks about to leave , I checked in 10:20 by 10:30 I was getting a call to back into the door , by midnight I was done loaded and everting now time to sleep untill the morning to start rolling

“Its strange to write my experience was too good.... once in shipping office window got door in 10 mints and loaded in less then one hour..... plenty of parking space onsite.....”
