    “My trip here with my wife was amazing yesterday there was this nice young man I think his name tag said Kai or Kia I couldn't read it very well but he looked super busy and when we asked him where the ozark bottled water was he very kindly stopped everything he was doing with a smile and showed us where it was and even got it into our cart for us this world needs more kind people like him, this store should really reward their employees for their excellent customer service like this I will definitely be coming back.”

    “Look, T. J. Maxx isn't just a store; it's a highly competitive, psychological contact sport, and honestly, I love it. I deducted one star not because the products are bad (they're often phenomenal deals) but because the sheer emotional endurance required to shop here deserves a medal. You walk in for one small item, maybe a cheap pair of socks, and 45 minutes later, you've somehow acquired a cashmere sweater, an artisanal jar of mustard, and a bath mat shaped like a flamingo. That's the magic. They put high-end designer labels right next to generic novelty items, forcing you to treat the entire experience like a true treasure hunt. Seriously, you have to dig. Why the missing star, though? Two reasons: the check-out line is always structured like a cruel labyrinth designed by someone who hates happiness, and the home goods aisle induces genuine existential panic due to the sheer volume of discounted throw pillows. Still, I'm addicted. I'll be back next week to wrestle someone for the last half-priced Le Creuset pot.”

    “Had an amazing experience at this Dollar General yesterday thanks to two outstanding employees. A petite woman working in the back went completely out of her way to help me find what I needed, walking me all the way to the front of the store to show me exactly where it was. Even after helping me, I watched her immediately assist another customer while restocking. The cashier was equally wonderful - super nice, thoughtful, genuinely upbeat and cheerful, and took time to explain things appropriately. Honestly, you wouldn’t expect this level of service at Dollar Tree. This is the kind of exceptional customer care you’d typically find at places where staff works on commission. But I was happily surprised by their genuine dedication. It’s so refreshing to encounter employees who truly care about providing excellent service regardless. Highly recommend this location!”

    “I went to Walmart with my brother-in-law who doesn't get around well. He tried to use a motor cart which was plugged in. We were trying to figure out if it was working. A Walmart associate came right over and helped us get the cart up and going. I was impressed we didn't have to hunt someone down. Even though the store was very busy (as usual), someone was right there to help. After shopping, the same associate was at the door, and took the riding motor cart and put it away for us. Now that is service!”

    “Hooray for Walmarts that tolerate overnight RVs in their lot as this one does. I stopped in late after enjoying an evening in downtown Fort Smith. Popped into the store for some supplies and then found a quiet end of the lot to park up for the night. The store is better than most. My theory on proximity to the Walmart Home Office continues to be proven correct. The closer you are to Bentonville, the nicer and more up-to-date the stores are and this one is. They have the new "Health" side with medical care. The rest of the store is clean, bright and pretty well stocked. I was able to find the stuff I needed and the self-checkout worked well.
