“I love T-MOBILE but had a bad experience with a worker there, bill batz the man does not know what he is doing. I wanted to transfer my phone number to my T-Mobile phone and it's been a week and it still hasn't been done, he lied about somethings and he couldn't do his job properly. Always ask for Jett he knows what he is doing and gets it done right”

Her name is Jasmine she was very attentive and suggested internet service which I'm going to consider. Point is it's hard to find customer service this good.... “10/10 experience. SHOUT OUT LOGAN
I had to go in and get an upgrade on my phone but couldn’t get any of it done until later during the day. I got there at 5:30 and they close at 6:00. The guy at the desk (Logan) gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever received. This dude sat there and walked me through everything with a smile on his face. He was cracking jokes, making conversation while we were waiting on the upgrade, and he told me about his car that he was driving. All around just an amazing dude with a great attitude, even though I made him stay almost 45 minutes past his closing time.
I 100% recommend AT&T at Alma, and if you make a trip, ask for Logan. You won’t regret it.”
