“Who knew you could get a fried catfish lunch complete with beans, coleslaw, hush puppies and fries at a little ol' country store! Lord have mercy, this is some of the best catfish I've had down here. Rolled in cornmeal and piping hot, it doesn't get much better than this. Don't even get me started on the hush puppies... if you ever find yourself in this part of the woods, do drop in for fish Friday at the Cushman Country Store. You will want to go back!”
“Lot a products sitting in aisle, sometimes there is only one checked, slot of products they run out of, but if you need to find something they know where it's located, great hours also”
“I used to work at this store. So I am familiar with the fact that it is now unique locally that it is half the size of the other stores, and nearly constantly busy. It is very easy to get to this location but the parking lot requires a little patience and regaurd for your fellow drivers to enter and exit. It's well lit, well patrolled and always visible to traffic. Isles are narrower than at other stores and the closeness makes stocking products difficult.I worked there some 4-5 years ago and we struggled to keep as few stock carts on the floor as possible. My suggestion would be to sacrifice that second cashier and to put a full time stock person on the day and night shift that is gonna work. Managers can step up and open that second drawer, but you should let a cashier go before letting your stock person go home early.These people are friendly, and helpful, and they congregate more than they should. More or less they can be knowledgeable of there store and if they get organized have a potential to allow there customer's to enjoy shopping there more.”

“I don't think there has been many times at all where I couldn't find something I planned to buy beforehand. If I had issues staff and management asked me if there was something they could help me find. When I go to this Dollar General I'm not afraid to ask for help and the staff has always been friendly!”
“I only get gas at Duggers. They do hve Hunts Pizza and very good bologna sandwiches. They hve milk, bread, candy bars, etc... I'm sorry I cnt answer bout certain products.”
“In a hurry, I requested 20.00 and left without retrieving it from the machine. Once I realized what I had done, I thought that was the end.
No one to blame but myself, however, I went back to the store and all the clerks treated me with concern and great respect. I want to give a special shout out to Maxi and I think Lilly.
Of course I was glad to get my 20 dollars, but overwhelmed by the honesty and thoughtfulness of the clerks.

“Fresh produce, always a good selection. The aisles are pretty narrow, 2 carts have a hard time passing. But a great alternative to Walmart and I love that they have self checkout now.”
“Now this Dollar store #765 has came a long ways since Jennifer and Alex started. Them two works hard to provide awesome customer service and clean store. Their always on top of making sure their employees are giving ? percent great customer service. They treat you like family, and always go above and beyond to help their employees and customers. Corapate needs to always give Jennifer and Alex the tools they need to keep the store up and going in a professional matter. Give them hour's for the employees, so Jennifer and Alex and constraint on managing duties. Cause they still do a great job, working with what corapate gives them to work with. Keep you head up employees and management, you're great job is regonized by you're loyal customers. God bless you all”

“The service here sucks ! I called in my boyfriend's prescription refills with the RX numbers and it took them a week and a half to get all them filled. Some of these were very important to take everyday. Their pharmacist is mean and thir pharmacy tech's are very mean.”

“Nice selection of healthy, organic food and vitamins! They also have smoothies and acai bowls. Haven't tried those yet but I'm planning on it next time I'm in! The prices are high, but I guess that's to be expected.”
