I am so happy I stumbled across Dustin’s. He did a fabulous job of repairing my car after an accident. He helped me choose the repair path that fit my needs with flexible scheduling and different repair options to fit my budget. His sister helps run things and was really supportive whenever I needed something or had questions. She also did a great job at getting my repair scheduled when it worked best for me. Together they make great repair team and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. It’s really hard to find a repair shop that is honest, fair, personable, on time and flexible, all at the same time. But I found all that and more here at Dustin Stuart’s Collision Repair. “My Maxima was acting up and wasn’t quite sure what it was but Britt’s guy was able to diagnose a faulty alternator pretty quickly. I let the shop replace it and they were almost $100 cheaper than everyone else I had checked with. While replacing the alternator they seen my coolant was low and added some and did that for free. They had my car repaired in an extremely timely fashion and I’ve been driving it everywhere without any issue. I would highly recommend Britt’s Auto Repair to anyone looking for affordable and reliable service on their auto.”

I placed a phone call to Jeff inquiring about waiting time to get the vehicle in the shop and he said "no waiting," bring it over.If needed, he can recommend a local towing company to use instead of going with the one contracted to the city & state police.We asked Jeff to get the vehicle in a road-worthy condition, since it was scheduled to drop off a load soon thereafter. “5 stars is NOT enough!!! We visited on November 1 2025, after my car was involved in a wreck. We were not ready to buy (We are waiting on insurance). We had talked with Jack and told him our situation.
On November, 7, 2025 we had found a van online that we were interested in looking at. I had 3 people tell me the benton lot had a newer one, which we were not interested in.
Noone knew where the one we wanted to look at was.
On November 8, Mr. Jack took it upon himself to find that exact vehicle. We voluntarily drive to North Little Rock to get it for us and have it on the lot before we arrived for our appointment. He was even able to get our payments low enough, while we continue to wait on our insurances.
I cannot thank him enough for what he done for us when everyone else just told me they didn't know where this car was. I would recommend anyone to go and see Mr. Jack at Mclarty Benton!!! Would give at least 10 stars, if i could.”

“Bobby is great. 5.3L LM7 LS build with Summit Racing truck cam and ecm sent to speed shop in Texas to have it tuned and programmed for this cam. All new complete rebuild. Had him polish the crank, press the old pistons off and the new pistons on the rods, dipped the block, and checked the bore tolerance to see if it needed bored. Checked good. Couple of weeks and the engine is in the truck. Just like putting the exhaust up and drive shaft in. And fire it up! Can't wait!”

I am not a mechanic in any sense, im the computer guy in my family. With this, i get anxiety when going to the mechanic because i dont know what i need or how much it should cost. (No one likes being ripped off)
Michael Goodson was at the front desk for me. He was able to answer all of my questions and provide me impeccable information that i didn’t even think to ask. He is clearly knowledgeable about the business, he was also very transparent, honest and helped me get my repairs figured out.
Johnathan was able to pin point something that happened in my car , i didnt even know! He showed me and gave me advice on who to call, what to do, and honest review of those i was calling.
Keith Silva, he really is like glue. You could just tell he was a real leader and had respect from everyone in the shop, and he showed everyone else the same respect. He kept everything running on a tight ship. Very knowledgeable, respectful, polite, and a good sense of humor!
The store itself was also very clean, with plenty of chairs, outlets, and coffee!
Parking lot is clean too! Bonus points!

“Great experience with David! Walmart damaged 3 studs on my tire during a rotation and did not have capability to repair them and sent me elsewhere…I chose tire engineers because it was close by and I didn’t want to drive far in that condition of car. Eventho they were busy, he worked my vehicle in and got it back quickly. He checked multiple additional things over, found another service not completed (that they said they did), and wrote thorough notes for them to review for the reimbursement. Would definitely return!”
