“Chuck, the manager, is very kind and helpful. He did beyond and above duty to help us order a dishwasher to be delivered to San Diego CA. The store is clean and in good order. Thank you Lowe·s.”

“Jennifer that works the customer service desk is new at the Benton store. I’ve been a regular at this store for a long time but everytime I come in lately when she is on duty she always greets me with a wonderful smile!! She was very helpful as well and pointed me in the right direction of some things I was looking for. I wished more employees at other stores were as sweet as her!!”
