Pro Desk at The Home Depot

Building Materials
Hours: The Pro Desk at The Home Depot in Benton, AR, is a reliable source for professional tools, building materials, and construction supplies. Located at 17060 Interstate 30, it offers a range of high-quality foundation building materials, tool rentals, and expert support for contractors and construction professionals. The staff at this location are friendly and helpful, with one employee frequently greeting customers with a smile and providing assistance in finding what they need. However, some customers have noted issues with the lumber department, including long-term out-of-stock items and poorly organized racks, which make it difficult to find the right lumber and mouldings. Despite these concerns, the store's team, especially employees like John K., are praised for going above and beyond to help customers. One customer shared how John climbed a ladder to help retrieve a display sink that was out of stock, allowing the customer to give a timely gift. Overall, the Benton Pro Desk is appreciated for its helpful staff and wide selection of building materials, though improvements in inventory management could enhance the shopping experience.
