Excellent customer service. We visited this chase branch twice and both times one of representatives immediately greeted us and asked for the concern. The banker who helped us was very knowledgeable and provided quick and thorough service. Highly recommended.

I came to the bentonville branch to report a large fraudulent payment. I was greeted and eventually helped by Ryan. He jumped on my situation right away and was able to ease my nerves. Not sure if I’ll get my money back. Regardless Ryan is the man.

Carlos is so incredibly helpful! Very personable, and definitely on top of all the facts, tips, and tricks to make banking here easier and better, than pretty much anywhere else. My husband and I were very grateful for his assistance in our visit yesterday.
