    “I've had and have been using JUNK headbands for several years now. They are an amazing product, and last many years. I haven't had to order or return any, and are still in day 1 condition. The last time I purchased any headbands was 4 years ago, and still use the ones I haven't lost to this day. The longevity of these exceeds anything I could have predicted when I first purchased them. I am leaving a review 4 years later because of the exceptional customer service I was given recently by the Customer Advocate Matt. He was extremely helpful in figuring out a resolution for me. I recently had my favorite headband become damaged, and Matt went above and beyond to help resolve my issue and to help identify the product in a timely and effective manner. I am glad to see a company being represented by employees that match the quality of their product. Kudos to you guys, and thank you again for a great product and great customer service!”
