    “Long story short, I had a huge issue resolved by Taylor at the Rogers Arkansas location. She was cheerful, kind, and super helpful with my problem and helped me come to a resolution. I wish more people had her work ethic and kind heart! I don’t know what this girl is making but give her a raise!!!! Also, I spoke to a man last Friday that was also an exceptionally kind person and I failed to get his name but he was wonderful to work with as well. I can’t wait till I can travel to the rogers Arkansas location and shop their store! I will be looking forward to meeting them! Thank you so much Roger’s Duluth team!! Especially Taylor 😉!!!”

    “I came in yesterday around 2 PM and there were two people working. The person at the register greeted me warmly and the other also said hello. I felt really welcomed considering that some other stores don’t have this kind of hospitality and when I was looking the wide selection I was really blown away from the amount of designs and color variety the store had. When I went to check out she rang me up for my things and she was very gentle while handling my clothes. At some other stores the people absolutely man handle my clothes so I was very appreciative of how gentle she was. I left with a very good impression of the store and will definitely be coming back!”

    “Okay I have to HYPE THIS PLACE UP!! I had the best shopping experience I have ever had today. I walked in, both girls working asked me if I was shopping for anything specific, I told them I needed a few different types of outfits for a convention I’m going to in Vegas. These girls got to work! Within a minute they both walked over with several outfits that not only were my size, but colors that were flattering for me and my body type, and I left the store after just 15 mins with 4 perfect outfits! But wait, it gets better! An hour later after they had closed, I realized I had left my phone at the store and the assistant manager came back (after she was already home) to make sure I had my phone back! she didn’t have to do that but went out of her way on a Saturday night to help me out! Amazing staff and as always, the cutest and best quality clothes!! Thank you all so much!!”

    “Honestly, I’ve shopped here a bunch of times. I’ve never really had any issues. There was one day where there was a lady who was extremely rude to the guy I was working with and they decided to go ahead and help her move me to a different register and my online accounts are complicated due to the fact I have two rewards accounts one with my phone number and one with my email and for some reason, can’t get them merge to save my life. However, I ended up leaving and told them I’d be back to purchase my items since they seemed busy when I came back and purchased my items, the guy was working with gave me a $25 credit to the store. They have been nothing but professional and are always willing to work with me and I really appreciate the work that they do to make me feel great about the purchases that I make. Continue doing what you’re doing.”

    “I had a great shopping experience here recently! Tayton was a huge help. I came in to see if there were any Hailey Bieber jeans left, and even though they sold very quickly, he showed me every option that was left, and gave helpful information about sizing since they run a little big. When those jeans didn't work for me, he brought in several other options in very similar styles, and even a men's pair because Hailey Bieber is often seen in men's Gap jeans tailored specifically to her. I found a pair I really liked! However, I am on the shorter side, so they were too long. I expressed that I was disappointed because if I got them hemmed, they would lose a detail I loved at the bottom. He then let me know that the jean was available online in Short, and I ended up ordering them! He was also happy to price match a tank I found in store, which was so appreciated. Tayton's knowledge about the collection + trends, as well as his willingness to help find what worked for me was amazing! There was a great selection, and his assistance made it so easy to find what I was looking for.”

One of the staff members continuously approached the dressing rooms to remind us they were closing, and then the final time decided to add in that I was not allowed to be in the dressing room to help her try on the dresses. Each time she seemed obviously annoyed that we were still in the building within the last hour of business. The young lady that checked us out was very sweet, but her coworker was a different story!”
