We ultimately purchased two Crescent kayaks from him. When the color my wife wanted wasn't in stock, he had one arriving later that week and generously let us use one of his rental kayaks of the same model while we waited.

Customer service like that is hard to find. I highly recommend Ozark Kayak to anyone interested in river or lake kayaking. This store is truly a gem.”
