About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car operates numerous airport and neighborhood locations, including in Bentonville, and offers rentals in over 30 countries. Booking is available online or through their app. Customer experiences at specific locations vary. Some customers report significant difficulties, including phones that go unanswered, cars that are unavailable as promised, vehicles with poor air conditioning, and receiving dirty cars that contain items left from previous renters. There are also reports of vehicles needing minor maintenance, such as squeaky brakes or a non-functional horn. However, other customers describe very positive interactions with helpful and polite staff, especially during busy times. In one instance, an area manager was noted for being exceptionally polite and concerned with resolving issues to ensure customer happiness. While some experiences involve frustrating delays and vehicle problems, others highlight satisfactory service that leads customers to state they would rent from the same location again.

After thinking about trying Hertz and it being a massive failure, I went back to Enterprise, and realized how stupid I was to even consider Hertz.
Grayson and his guys really took care of me and got me rented and on my way extremely quickly. The car was clean inside, washed outside and had a full tank of gas.

I am always impressed with the men and women who work at the Bentonville office. They are so kind and helpful. Other offices are not as kind. I will continually be renting from Enterprise as long as I am able.
