“Have been renting cars from National for several years for work trips primarily. I’ve also used other big name rental agencies. National has the best customer service, ease of checkout and checkin and vehicle selection.”

Charles graciously filled our washer, fluid, fixed our car, remote, and washed our very dirty windshield. Little things that made such a difference for us. “It was pretty smooth considering they only have one person working there who is is doing everything. When I say everything, he was prepping cars across the street, and you have to call his cell number posted at the counter so he can run over and rent you a car.”

They have even gone out of their way to recover items lost in the vehicle that I had forgotten about and ensure they were returned on my next visit. I have rented from nearly every car rental company at the XNA airport and I can say without a doubt that because of Shane and Hunter, Hertz is the go-to agency.”
“Keith and Jerry at the Avis counter in XNA absolutely saved our trip. After running into major issues with our booking and getting nowhere with Priceline customer support, these two stepped in and went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted out.
They were patient, professional, understanding, and genuinely cared about finding a solution instead of just sending us away frustrated. In a situation that could have completely ruined the start of our trip, Keith and Jerry turned it around with incredible customer service and kindness.

“With people that are complaining about slowness, they have obviously never rented a car before - it takes time. However, I want to tell you that the young lady Courtney at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I had came from a car wreck and was very upset. Left there with a smile on my face. I had to Return the vehicle, unfortunately because my Insurance company will only let me use a certain rental place. I’ll tell you what she made this whole process easy with me returning the car! Also, the man who helped me get into the car in the was very very nice and polite, and did a great inspection and the car was perfect. I don’t know his name, but he was very nice also. When I get to choose a place, I will rent a car from Hertz mostly because of the customer service. Knowing that someone is there to take care of you and feeling like they are going to take care of things makes a whole difference when you’re going through a difficult problem.”
