“Review for Fernando at Rapha Bentonville Shop
We visited the Rapha shop in Bentonville right at opening and had a fantastic experience. Fernando was energetic, warm welcoming, and well-prepared. We enjoyed a great chat about cycling gear, shared interests, and travel stories. Fernando was knowledgeable and genuinely interested in connecting with us. Highly recommend!”
“This store is like all of the other Duluth stores... And that's a good thing! Makes it easy to find things. Plenty of friendly knowledgeable employees. It's definitely a "get what you pay for" company. You will have a hard time getting their clothing to wear out!”

“Ashtyn (spelling?) was very knowledgeable with all the shoes. She provided suggestions on the various shoe brands in my size. She was able to explain the differences in the different models in the same brand. In addition, she was friendly and engaged the entire time.”

“Had a manager help us with a suit we ordered in MN but didn't get to the MN store in time so they rapid sent it here for pick up. The suit when tried on was wrong in the pants and jacket and no socks. Manager that helped us rocked it! She got us all set up suit wise and fixed the pants problem, on top of that found us socks. She was so nice and amazing. If we need men's ware house again, coming here because they are very attentive to details and care.”
