“Long story short, I had a huge issue resolved by Taylor at the Rogers Arkansas location. She was cheerful, kind, and super helpful with my problem and helped me come to a resolution. I wish more people had her work ethic and kind heart! I don’t know what this girl is making but give her a raise!!!! Also, I spoke to a man last Friday that was also an exceptionally kind person and I failed to get his name but he was wonderful to work with as well. I can’t wait till I can travel to the rogers Arkansas location and shop their store! I will be looking forward to meeting them! Thank you so much Roger’s Duluth team!! Especially Taylor 😉!!!”

“So I walked in today and had no idea what I was even looking for. I’m a new mom, 8 month old, and just lost myself and stopped caring about what I looked like. I was just going in to look and within 5 seconds of walking through the door Diana walked right up and after a few minutes of talking, picked out a few things she thought I would love and let me tell you she was spot on! I loved everything she picked and I felt so cute and confident in all of the outfits. I didn’t think I’d ever find my style and I still don’t think I ever would have without her. “If you are bargain hunting, go here! You can find so many good buys and bargains in clothing and home items. There are often unusual things that you wouldn't normally think you would find there, like health foods, electronics, and odd items. The variety of body care items, shoes, things like shower curtains or cooking utensils, and kitchen stuff is awesome. But the lines can be really long, so be prepared for that.”

They try to keep the store organized although some people will throw clothes on the floor , over the racks , and even go to the dressing rooms and steal stuff. So the staff is always around in the store. Good prices but people still want to mess up things”

“Great razorback merchandise. We shop here every time we go to this mall. I took a star off because there is zero customer service. The staff totally ignore you. Literally, you have to get their attention by going to the register to ask a question about the merchandise. It is the same every time we go, and we always make large purchases.”

“I had a great shopping experience here recently! Tayton was a huge help. I came in to see if there were any Hailey Bieber jeans left, and even though they sold very quickly, he showed me every option that was left, and gave helpful information about sizing since they run a little big. When those jeans didn't work for me, he brought in several other options in very similar styles, and even a men's pair because Hailey Bieber is often seen in men's Gap jeans tailored specifically to her. I found a pair I really liked! However, I am on the shorter side, so they were too long. I expressed that I was disappointed because if I got them hemmed, they would lose a detail I loved at the bottom. He then let me know that the jean was available online in Short, and I ended up ordering them! He was also happy to price match a tank I found in store, which was so appreciated. Tayton's knowledge about the collection + trends, as well as his willingness to help find what worked for me was amazing! There was a great selection, and his assistance made it so easy to find what I was looking for.”
