Based on the reviews, The Compton Bentonville is a beautiful and modern hotel located right in the center of everything. The location is perfect, with shops and restaurants within walking distance and Crystal Bridges close by. The hotel features beautiful rooms, a gorgeous lobby, and a great steakhouse. Guests love the location, staff, and the many nice touches throughout the hotel. The employees are described as super friendly, welcoming, amazing, and accommodating. For special occasions, the staff provided champagne and chocolate covered strawberries with a congratulatory card. There are places to sit and enjoy the fireplaces or the sound of soothing water. However, some guests noted minor issues. There were no water bottles in the room, and the light switches are difficult to figure out. One guest found it odd that housekeeping came in to tidy up while they were out to dinner. The shower handle placement caused cold water to spray, and the button to switch the shower head was jammed. The gym was described as kind of lame, with limited equipment in a small room. Despite these small gripes, many guests highly recommend the hotel and plan to return.
