“Went in here the other day to have then replace front control arms, because another car shop said I needed it in order to get an alignment. This was going to cost me quite a bit so got second opinion from Straightline and they made the determination that there was NOTHING wrong with my control arms, and they went ahead and did the alignment. I really saved a ton of money and so glad I went to Straightline for second opinion. They have earned my business!!”

“Called about an hour before they closed as we had a flat tire while traveling. The guy who answered the phone, Nathan, said they had a tire in stock and if we got there by 6:30 they could fix the tire. We got there at 6:20 and Nathan and Justin got us fixed up and ready to go. They were both so nice and took great care of us. They got us back on the road so we could get home (3 hours away) before the winter storm hit. So thankful they were open later than other shops.”
