“I have been living here for for 5 years now and so far the experience has been fine. Not too much issues and maintenance when called comes and fix things. Only complaints have been the steady increase of rent sadly and noisy neighbors, sometimes it takes too long to remove the really bad ones. Wish the golf part can also include a small park for walking/running and pet playground, seems to be a waste of space to have a golf camp barely use by only the few, since the lake vista is really nice. Gym amenities are ok, not amazing but alright. Overall is being a nice place to live so far”
