“It’s been around 5 months I moved here. I have no complaints but compliments to deliver. It’s a very quiet community with many amenities. In summer, I enjoyed swimming pool. I take my toddler to kids play area. She enjoys a lot there. We even go to the hammock area and bask in the sun. We love watching dogs playing in the dog park. I sometimes grab coffee from the lounge which is available most of the days from 8am-1pm. So, yeah, I love it here.”

“We have lived at Arlo since August, and we absolutely love it. Our home is spacious and updated with the most beautiful fixtures. We have a great wooded view and are so so close to one of the dog parks that our fur baby loves. I would recommend Arlo to anyone.”

“I have been living here for for 5 years now and so far the experience has been fine. Not too much issues and maintenance when called comes and fix things. Only complaints have been the steady increase of rent sadly and noisy neighbors, sometimes it takes too long to remove the really bad ones. Wish the golf part can also include a small park for walking/running and pet playground, seems to be a waste of space to have a golf camp barely use by only the few, since the lake vista is really nice. Gym amenities are ok, not amazing but alright. Overall is being a nice place to live so far”
