“I haven’t actually been inside this place. They were closed when we went by there trying to find out if they actually were a legit bus stop for Greyhound travel buses. We were helping out a super sweet young man we had met in Pine Bluff who was supposed to be catching a bus there the next day and heading to another state to live with his family there. As a mom, there was no way I was gonna leave him sleeping outside by himself and then relying on an uber to get him from PB to Bryant and I had to make sure he was gonna be where he needed to be and that he was safe and warm etc. (yes, I got him a room at the closest hotel near the bus station and that’s gonna be another review, be sure and look for it Hometown Hotel in Bryant because that was one of the worst experiences and the owner or manager or whatever he is, Andy, is racist and treated this young man in the most humiliating manner and condescending and disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional and he made me drive back up there and pay 3 times more than I originally paid for the room, and that isn’t the issue here it’s the way he treated this young man and also the way he treated the nice young clerk who was doing his best to be helpful and kind and accommodating…be sure and find that review which I will be posting soon). I never even knew we had a bus stop anywhere in Saline county, always thought you had to go all the way to Little Rock but nope apparently you can actually buy bus tickets online and then they will pick you up right here in Bryant. So one thing they might wanna do is actually have some kind of signage or info on the door so ppl know there actually is a bus stop there because we drove all the way around the building and there is nothing at all to indicate that the bus comes there. But we just had to rely on the website that said it did. But I also had to rate this place based on its name. I mean what a kicker!! 😆😆 so our friend, the fine young man, yes he did make the bus and yes he made it to his family and yes we keep in touch with him and plan to stay in touch and everyone who is able to should act this way and help ppl in need or even if they don’t want help which he didn’t but I did my mom thing and talked to his family member in the other state and was able to end up helping this young man out even tho he didn’t ask me to or want me to. As a mom there was no way I would have been able to sleep just leaving him behind. I would hope ppl would do the same for one of my kids if they needed a kind person to come along.”

“The employees at Valero/Big Red were so nice and helpful the day I was there.It was the first time I'd been there, and I was there for the Baskin Robbins ice cream. Baskin Robbins gives a free scoop for your birthday, however, it has to be at the regular locations, not one inside a store. The employees were so nice about explaining it to me.It was on a Tuesday, the day of my visit, which happened to be the day of their Baskin Robbins $1.00 scoops! Every Tuesday is $1.00 scoop day there!Fair warning: If you go right after school gets out, it's going to be crowded. So, be patient, and soon you'll have your ice cream.You pay for everything at the main counter, so be prepared to stand in line again after getting your $1.00 scoop.Since it was my first visit, I didn't have a Big Red card, but the employee at the counter gave me one. You get discounts with the card. I think you get a discount on fuel with it. Check with the Valero for more information.All in all, it was a good visit. Just remember about it being busy after school, including traffic. And also remember that the employees are working hard, so give them a big smile and thanks!”
