“I just wanted to compliment Christian, a sales associate at the Bass Pro Pkwy location. He is the friendliest, most helpful young man!Went shopping for school clothes with my son last week and he helped us. He was wonderful that day!Today, took my daughter school clothes shopping and the minute we walked in the store, he greeted us with a smile and "how can I help you today?" Before I could even answer, he said "you don't remember me, do you?" As he was walking towards us, I stated I did remember him from last week and he gave me a big hug because he said "we are like family."Christian just put the biggest smile on my face because of his true care and concern....don't find that much with customer service these days, unfortunately.We started browsing and he checked on us frequently, all while he was helping other customers.When we were checking out, he explained how he actually remembered us from last year when we were school clothes shopping then. “You will never find another store that has YOUR SIZE. Jean Jacket has always had what I was looking for but most importantly, they have stock. Most stores don't have the stock to keep many sizes. They offer a wide variety of Kicks for the whole family. I also love the fashion, clothes, professional and courteous service they always provide. If they don't have it, they will get it. I will definitely be coming back.”
“We were looking for work shoes for my husband, also got fuzzy socks for me and a dog bed. All great quality and good prices. Here's a hint, look at their website if you're not in a hurry, you might save. The staff and cashier were really professional and friendly, not in your face pushy sales type, but knowledgeable if we wanted information. Store and bathroom were clean, bright and well organized.”
“I needed large crates to keep my huskies from escaping and they were the only store with some in stock. The store has a jerky cart, birthday card rack, dog food… I really want a riding lawnmower so I love to check out the selection of them out front. The poor plants didn’t fair well in this extreme heatwave. Wish they could have been brought in or something because they look pitiful. The cashier was nice and helped me get a gift card and this place has only the card, the card isn’t even in a holder of any sort… she was surprised they come like that too lol. They have some other odds and ends such as miniature model animals. I could spend a ton of money in this store if given the opportunity ?”
“The people that work here are absolutely amazing. We were going to Bass Pro to shop and got a flat tire on the freeway pulling in. We went inside to buy a wrench, and David (Bradford Marine employee) immediately offered to help us. He had us pull our vehicle into the bay. He and the other employees graciously changed our tire over to the spare we had. This type of unwavering kindness is rare to come across in this day and age. We are thankful for these people tonight and will for sure be going here for any boat needs we have in the future.”

“Everything was pretty spendy. Very good quality. ? And I was able to find a really warm coat, with a removable liner (which can be worn separately). And it also had a removable hat. Service was not the best.”
