“My wife and I were traveling with our dog and decided to stop in. We walked all over the building with our little weenie dog. Unfortunately, my dog had an accident. Immediately the staff told us it was fine and within 30 seconds 2 guys with cleaning supplies showed up. I felt really bad but the staff was so cool about it that I needed to write a review. Thank you Bass Pro staff by the boats and aquarium.”
“On the outside, it seems too small to have anything you might need. On the inside, it’s like the TARDIS of hiking and camping supplies - way bigger than you expected, and filled to the rafters with everything outdoors. The staff it helpful and friendly, and you can buy the things you see today and drive away with it rather than wait for [evil internet source] to ship 2-3 days. Prices are good. Location is easy to find. You might get challenged by parking on Kavanaugh, but this is worth the trip.”

“I had a really good service experience. I was in there just shopping for gloves for my seven year old. They did have a sale on most items going at this time. A 50% off on Columbia and I believe it was 20% on the other brand. I was directed to where the youth gloves were and they had them all separated by brand (north face, Columbia, etc) and how warm you needed them to be. I purchased a pair of gloves and found out when I got home they were too big. In the warmer gloves, there wasn't a huge selection of sizes. So I returned them to the store. They really didn't have what I was looking for (because of her size). I didn't really want the mittens but the gloves with the fingers. It's a small store and it looked like it had a good selection of different things but again I was only looking for gloves. Since I didn't see anything I was going to return the gloves for a refund but the lady at the counter told me to just try the mittens because there really aren't gloves my daughters size with the individual fingers and if I saw some somewhere else I could always return them. She wanted me to at least have something for hands rather nothing. So I went ahead and exchanged them but realized that in doing so I changed the brands of gloves I was exchanging for. Instead of charging me the difference for the gloves, she made it an even exchange which I thought was really nice of her. So although these gloves were not at the same sale price, I got them for the same price as the Columbia gloves that were 50% off. I would definitely return to shop because i really liked the service.”

“This is a great shop. Small compared to a big box store but they have a huge selection. I felt they had better prices than their big competitors. Even being late baseball season, they had a large assortment of gloves and bats. Several bats marked half off. Staff was super helpful but not overbearing. They really got me out of a jam! We forgot my son's Carolina Blue belt and they had one in stock for $6.50!! We are not from Little Rock, but we will definitely return next season to shop! I encourage everyone around the Little Rock area to give them a chance before you go to the big box chain stores!!!”

They offer a wide variety of Kicks for the whole family. I also love the fashion, clothes, professional and courteous service they always provide. If they don't have it, they will get it. “I went into lulu without a clue! Strictly based off the nagging of my 13 year old to have just something with the lulu symbol on it. Just going offline you would think “oh this is over priced” after going into this location and meeting Marissa who was wonderful! She helped me find age appropriate items for my 13 year old. Marissa explained the perks of shopping with lulu and the quality of the fabric! She also encouraged me to shop for myself as well! It was a very pleasant experience and you could tell she truly enjoys her jobs and the products! Give this girl a raise! Lulu definitely took a small chunk of my money today but honestly I don’t regret it!”
“I needed large crates to keep my huskies from escaping and they were the only store with some in stock. The store has a jerky cart, birthday card rack, dog food… I really want a riding lawnmower so I love to check out the selection of them out front. The poor plants didn’t fair well in this extreme heatwave. Wish they could have been brought in or something because they look pitiful. The cashier was nice and helped me get a gift card and this place has only the card, the card isn’t even in a holder of any sort… she was surprised they come like that too lol. They have some other odds and ends such as miniature model animals. I could spend a ton of money in this store if given the opportunity ?”

“The people that work here are absolutely amazing. We were going to Bass Pro to shop and got a flat tire on the freeway pulling in. We went inside to buy a wrench, and David (Bradford Marine employee) immediately offered to help us. He had us pull our vehicle into the bay. He and the other employees graciously changed our tire over to the spare we had. This type of unwavering kindness is rare to come across in this day and age. We are thankful for these people tonight and will for sure be going here for any boat needs we have in the future.”
