“This business is pure honesty and integrity. I needed a new alternator for my Pacifica. The van had been spraying oil in the engine area which made removing the alternator slippery. The part was dropped a number of times as a result during the removal.
After the new part was installed, the air conditioning wasn’t working. They referred me to Jason’s Auto and they paid for the air conditioning plugs that got damaged and I had the valve cover gaskets replaced to stop the oil spray.
They drove me home and kept in contact with me during this repair. As a result, I was introduced to two great businesses in Jacksonville, AR!”

“Josh at the Cricket store in Jacksonville provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He went above and beyond by staying well past closing to make sure our new phones were set up correctly and working properly. He also took the time to ensure every accessory we purchased was compatible and properly installed with our new devices.
What could have been a stressful and frustrating experience turned into an enjoyable one because of his patience, professionalism, and positive attitude. He never made us feel rushed, even though he stayed late to help us.
