They helped us upgrade our Device and work out some other issues with our plans they worked very diligently through the whole process even though Colton was new. “I called this store and spoke with Crystal Hendrix and with talking to her at the Cabot store I decided I really liked her so I drove to Cabot instead of going right in Conway Both the ladies were very friendly and helpful! It’s a pleasure doing business there…as of this moment my biz is not complete bc Verizon Customer Service and credit app dept have turned me down bc of my address bc I have moved and had I not done it online I wouldn’t even have needed all the things for ID only needed my ID if I had just went on to the store instead but I didn’t so they cancelled my order for iPhone 17 Pro Max and let me walk out but I am still trying to fix the issue so that I can go to Verizon”
