“Updated review - I have updated from 1 Star to 4 Stars based on Customer Service. Alex from the store called to apologize for this and looked into the situation. I was assured that this is not how they do business and was not sure what the employee was doing to repair the tire. The fact that they reached out to me about this does tell me that they take pride in their work. I am willing to go back if the need arises.
Be Aware...We were in from out of state visiting with family. Picked up a screw in our tire somewhere around town. Took the car to this shop to have the tire plugged as the screw was in the middle of the tread and was able to be patched/plugged. After waiting about 20-25 min, we were told the tire was repaired. We asked how much and was told no charge. We thought that was wonderful and nice of them. We drove almost 700 miles a few days later. After just under a week from when it was repaired, there was a low tire warming for that tire. Took it to the shop that it normally goes to and was told the screw was left in the tire and the other people had just sprayed a sealant over area. No wonder there was no charge. Not sure if this is their normal practice for repairing tires or thinking we were 2 females and we wouldn't know any better...either way....shameful. They have lost me and my family's business.”
