“We had an amazing time at The Experience Escape Rooms! Ms. Claudette was so sweet and accommodating, especially when we had to change plans last minute. My co-workers and I did the Innocence room and it was absolutely thrilling to figure it out. “Words cannot describe how beautiful this venue was, and how the people who work here are absolutely amazing! I got married 8 hours from my hometown because this venue is jaw dropping. We had a snow/ice storm the day before my wedding and they made sure nobody had trouble getting to the venue the next day. I wish I could relive my wedding at Osage House over & over & over.”

“Very nice event venue. I attended a weeding here and the reception area is very spacious with 3 connected rooms allowing for good traffic flow for dinners. The ceremony area has a pretty backdrop with a creek running through some light woods.”

“My husband and I greatly enjoyed this museum; keep in mind that most of the items are from a personal collection and not a university or other educational source so the fact we even get to see it is pretty awesome. I appreciate the focus on First Nations history ONLY ( I already know what Europeans were doing) from well before the christian era to the modern period. The staff were all friendly, the gift shop also supports First Nations craft people and I snagged an awesome t-shirt for my brother. We have been coming to Bentonville on vacation for many years and did not know about this awesome gem, I hope more people will go and support.”

Not only are the grounds beautiful, but the staff is a pleasure to work with, the tables and chairs are high quality and taken care of, there is plenty of parking and it's a favorite venue of all our vendors. From the moment we enrolled him in their programs, the staff has gone above and beyond to create a supportive and inclusive environment that caters to his specific needs.The coaches at the center are simply outstanding. “We took my 6 yrd old daughter to get a trim who desperately needed one. She has never liked her hair being touch. The lady who trimmed her hair was the only one in the salon and unfortunately did not catch her name. But she did phenomenal with her and did and amazing job and my daughters hair now looks amazing and so much healthier looking we did a shampoo blowout and trim she even gave her a small braid on top! Definitely will go back again!”

“We had our wedding here for about 75 people and it was just the right amount of space for having our ceremony outside and dinner inside. Overall the venue fit all of our needs for space and amenities. They have a sound system that connects to speakers inside and outside, plus multiple microphones if needed. They provide white rectangle 6ft and 8ft tables plus 150 white chairs. They don’t do table or chair setup.
They give you the option of black or white linens, but something that wasn’t mentioned until after we booked is that they charge you a $10 dry cleaning fee per each table cloth. This wasn’t written in the contract or mentioned during our tour, in fact, the pricing pamphlet says the linens are included(see photo). When I reached out after our wedding for a refund of this expense, they told me that the pamphlet I was referencing was recently updated because going forward they are truly including them. I dug more and found a screenshot of the original pamphlet I was sent when I booked and it still shows the linens as included, but they won’t budge on amending their own mistake.
Overall we do recommend the venue, just make sure you clarify everything in written contract form so you aren’t surprised later on like we were.”

“Went this place for the bento county fair with our kiddo and enjoyed a lot . The fair ticket was $15. There are a lot of rides for kids and a lot for adultsOur kid enjoyed a little on the rides and he also played some of the games in the fair. Rides are included in the tickets although if you need to play any specific game you need to give money for that. Games are for $5 and $10.We enjoyed a lot and waiting for next year”

“Lovely staff. Shoutout to Lucy for being so awesome. She was very friendly, professional, and kind. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. No problems asking for more towels or more toiletries. Fast and efficient staff. The convenient store inside the hotel was surprisingly well priced. Overall lovely experience.

Nearby activities: Beautiful scenery, parks, lakes, and playgrounds for the exploring.

Safety: Family friendly. Lots of smiling faces and very nice people.

Food and drinks: Food is highly rated and delicious. Lots of restaurants choices.”

“When first coming into this hotel, I was immediately greeted by the employee Guzman. He was absolutely so helpful and kind! It made my stay so much more complete knowing he works there. I will always recommend this hotel because of Guzman when people ask me where they should stay when visiting this area of Arkansas.

“I thought the hotel was new because of how clean and fresh everything looked when we entered the lobby. I was surprised to learn it opened 5 years ago. Front desk staff were friendly checking in and checking out.The fitness center was well-equipped and above average for a hotel. There’s an outdoor pool but we stayed in April so wasn’t open.Location is perfect for passing through. Easy Highway access, near cheap gas, and Braum’s and Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot. I can’t speak to location otherwise because we weren’t exploring Bentonville this trip.Rooms: Stayed in a studio with two queens. Apartment size fridge is more than enough space for a week’s worth of food. This would be great for an extended stay. Beds and couch were comfortable. Several outlets/ports for charging near the nightstand. The room lost a point because the roller shade was busted. There’s also no full length mirror.Food & drinks: Skip the free hot breakfast. The sausage was cold, no waffle maker, and the setup was disorganized, There was a staff person available (at times) to make a breakfast burrito. Otherwise the (not) hot choices were turkey sausage and some eggs.”

“I have to start this review by highlighting the exceptional service provided by Lacie, the front desk evening employee. Her dedication and kindness truly set a new standard for customer service. After a grueling 20-hour drive from Florida to visit family in Arkansas, I realized I had left my pillow at the hotel. Despite the pillow being a relatively minor item, Lacie went above and beyond to ensure we retrieved it. Her genuine patience and effort were remarkable, and I can only imagine how she must handle more significant issues with the same level of care and professionalism.

A heartfelt thank you to Lacie for making our stay so memorable and stress-free. Her exceptional service did not go unnoticed, and we deeply appreciate her kindness.
