My co-workers and I did the Innocence room and it was absolutely thrilling to figure it out. “Words cannot describe how beautiful this venue was, and how the people who work here are absolutely amazing! I got married 8 hours from my hometown because this venue is jaw dropping. We had a snow/ice storm the day before my wedding and they made sure nobody had trouble getting to the venue the next day. I wish I could relive my wedding at Osage House over & over & over.”

“I have seen the Catholic Churches of Spain, the beaches of Hawaii, the DMZ, the NGA; I've run in the rainforests of Costa Rica, canoed and camped the Boundary Waters, and THIS museum, took my breath away.

I was particularly impressed to see a collection of bird stones, a plate of mica, an entire wooly mammoth skeleton, some of the practical museum effects brought tears to my eyes. Place your head in line with a head pot, and the effect is...heady.

I was fortunate enough to catch a Navajo Textiles exhibit, to see an actual Ghost Dance garment and medicine box was beyond unexpected.

“As mother or the bride, I cannot say enough good things about Barn at the Springs! The barn is gorgeous. It has been meticulously renovated and decorated (I especially love the new chandeliers!). But that LAND! It is nothing short of stunning- such a beautiful and peaceful place, right in the middle of town.
In addition to that, there is the amazing staff. Zach, his parents, and his staff went over and above to make sure our special day went without a hitch. We have 4 children and this was our 4th wedding. This venue was by FAR the best venue we have used! We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend them!”

“We took my 6 yrd old daughter to get a trim who desperately needed one. She has never liked her hair being touch. The lady who trimmed her hair was the only one in the salon and unfortunately did not catch her name. But she did phenomenal with her and did and amazing job and my daughters hair now looks amazing and so much healthier looking we did a shampoo blowout and trim she even gave her a small braid on top! Definitely will go back again!”

“We had our wedding here for about 75 people and it was just the right amount of space for having our ceremony outside and dinner inside. Overall the venue fit all of our needs for space and amenities. They have a sound system that connects to speakers inside and outside, plus multiple microphones if needed. They provide white rectangle 6ft and 8ft tables plus 150 white chairs. They don’t do table or chair setup.
They give you the option of black or white linens, but something that wasn’t mentioned until after we booked is that they charge you a $10 dry cleaning fee per each table cloth. This wasn’t written in the contract or mentioned during our tour, in fact, the pricing pamphlet says the linens are included(see photo). When I reached out after our wedding for a refund of this expense, they told me that the pamphlet I was referencing was recently updated because going forward they are truly including them. I dug more and found a screenshot of the original pamphlet I was sent when I booked and it still shows the linens as included, but they won’t budge on amending their own mistake.
Overall we do recommend the venue, just make sure you clarify everything in written contract form so you aren’t surprised later on like we were.”

“While it’s not as large as some of the botanical gardens in Arkansas, this one is not to be missed! A lovely place to walk, even on a cool, cloudy and breezy winter day. The volunteers are busy putting out pansy’s and other early spring flowers, the daffodils were on the brink of blooming, and the Lenten roses were in full bloom! Gorgeous!
The grounds are well kept and if you happen to get by there in blooming season you’ll appreciate the variety of flowers, plants, and activities. In warmer weather the butterfly house is all aflutter and the kids area full of activity and giggles! Be sure to call ahead to see what is on their activity calendar!”

““The Venue NWA Hall is truly exceptional and located in a perfect spot! The maintenance is outstanding, and the ballroom is impeccably clean. Manager Nancy and Admin Vanessa are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, making the entire experience seamless.

You simply can’t find a better place for a wedding. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stunning and well-managed space for their special day!””

“I thought the hotel was new because of how clean and fresh everything looked when we entered the lobby. I was surprised to learn it opened 5 years ago. Front desk staff were friendly checking in and checking out.The fitness center was well-equipped and above average for a hotel. There’s an outdoor pool but we stayed in April so wasn’t open.Location is perfect for passing through. Easy Highway access, near cheap gas, and Braum’s and Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot. I can’t speak to location otherwise because we weren’t exploring Bentonville this trip.Rooms: Stayed in a studio with two queens. Apartment size fridge is more than enough space for a week’s worth of food. This would be great for an extended stay. Beds and couch were comfortable. Several outlets/ports for charging near the nightstand. The room lost a point because the roller shade was busted. There’s also no full length mirror.Food & drinks: Skip the free hot breakfast. The sausage was cold, no waffle maker, and the setup was disorganized, There was a staff person available (at times) to make a breakfast burrito. Otherwise the (not) hot choices were turkey sausage and some eggs.”

“This hotel is very comfortable and homey. You are welcomed by excellent staff to a clean room, spacious room. Most staff is very responsive and communicative when needs arise. Do not hesitate to reach out to ensure your stay is amazing. Carlos is very welcoming, charming and the life of the conversation. He could turn (almost) anyone's frown upside down! What a great person to meet. Mrs. Nichole, Mrs. Karri, Mr. Steve, Garrett and Nathaniel were always very prompt to serve and ensure that our stay was going as smoothly as possible. Mrs. Yesenia in the kitchen and Mrs. Jessica in room service were especially great with how they interact with everyone and elevate the comfortable feel of the place. CJ was helpful and has a lot on her plate she deals with! She does her best to provide the excellent team atmosphere from what I can tell.”

“By far the best stay I have had in a while. The snacks and food on site, welcoming staff, and the amazing housekeeping staff being on top of everything. Great location for animals and hotel has various amenities including pool, gym, conference room, and laundry: Management is great and very hands on and the front desk staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive. Yes, it’s not a brand new hotel, but the beds are comfy, rooms are cleaned and the service is great - Thank you!

Also, I would highly suggest that a promotion is in place for a managerial role for the front desk lead “Katrina”. She went out of her way on several occasions to assist with new towels, fresh linens, and was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the hotel.”
