“Went there for the first time to buy a replacement bulb for my Dodge charger. The person at the counter was very friendly and searched for the part and gave me the right bulb. I went to a body shop and have it replaced and it worked fine. AutoZone guy didn’t want to replace as it’s HID bulb. It’s about $20 costly than the price listed in Amazon for the same part, but worth to get it right away instead of waiting for shipping.
Same part was not available in Pierelli auto parts.”

“5 stars for West Side Collision. They fixed my car after I had a front right side collision back in March and did a great job with it. The car came back looking and driving like it should.
About 6 months later, my strut, strut mount, and upper strut bearing ended up going bad from damage related to the accident. I contacted West Side Collision and they worked with me to get the car back in, got everything fixed in a timely manner, and didn’t charge me anything extra for the repair.
I really appreciate that they stood behind their work and were willing to take care of the issue even months after the original repair. I’d definitely recommend them.”

“I had my battery replaced elsewhere yesterday, and afterward my A/C, dashboard, and basically everything decided to stop working. I went back and was told I’d need to take it to a mechanic.
So today, on a Sunday, I stopped at AutoZone. After I dramatically complained about the very real possibility of dying of heat stroke, the three gentlemen working took a look and did all the things.
Thirty minutes later, everything was working perfectly again. And while they were fixing my car, they also charged my phone — so obviously, bonus points.
10/10 customer service. They’ve gained a lifelong customer, whether they like it or not.”
