“Found a car I really liked, and the dealership drove it up from Jacksonville so I didn’t have to make the trip down. Walked in, got a great price, and the whole place had friendly vibes and good personalities. I worked with Alicia Trice through the entire process, and honestly, she was great. There were a few minor bumps along the way and the wait was unusually long, but the team did everything they could to make the rest of the visit as efficient and fast as possible with no BS. I really enjoyed working with Alicia and would absolutely recommend asking for her if you’re looking for a car.”
“Souleymane is the person you want to buy a car from. My family has gotten or traded a few cars from this lot as the younger kids get their licenses. Customer service was amazing and it didn’t feel like the typical push and rushing to buy a car. He was very personable and professional.
As far as the car themselves I didn’t give 5 stars. But I expect some hiccups when choosing used cars.”

“The boyfriend and I went into this location during a voucher sale. Allyson arranged the voucher appointment and John Tusieseina was the sales rep. He worked with us from every angle and we ended up with a beautiful Kona. I really appreciated the transparency from him. He definitely was getting his exercise walking back and forth.
We had a slight communication flub with financing the day of, so I called back for clarification and spoke with John about this. Come to find out it was a better interest rate with a different financing company.
Find John if you want a person who is nice but direct about what he can do for you. Also, he was very patient, as I was coming directly from teaching elementary school. My brain was complete mush, but he made the experience flow nicely, as did other member of the Crain team. Thank you all so much.”

“My experience went well. His lot caught my attention via fb. I sent him a message about a white dodge durango. It was sold. They posted a black one that was pretty much identical from the inside. Took it for a quick spin and made the deal. The only thing I wasn't expecting was that the front windshield was cracked. This is day two with having my new suv. It's been through a certified inspection (passed), and I also got a diagnostic test as well. All they could find was two filters that were recommended and wiper blades. When I say I was so relieved, this was a very good purchase. I definitely took the warranty deal cause why not! It's there for our protection if anything major happened to the suv.
