“Nice selection, and they had the shoes I'd been looking for at my regular Shoe Carnival. The associates were excellent, making sure to check on customers. I wish I had gotten the cashier's name, because she was a gem. I was there on Sept 6th, around 11am, and she was the only cashier at the time. The store was clean and well organized. I wish this was still the store I shopped at, because the Shoe Carnivals in Texas can't hold a candle to the store in Conway.”
“The store is a good size to hold many different types of shoes, boots & some clothing. I can always find shoes I like and that fits me or my grandsons. The prices are in-line with other name-brand stores.”
“Came here so my daughter could get new boots. They didn't have what she wanted, and in general the store was fine but the shoe/boots were a mess. People had just stuck them wherever and there were boxes and boxes of them just in the aisle. We found a pair she thought she wanted but it was such a mess we couldn't find the ones to see if they had her size. We couldn't find an employee to ask (we did ask someone up front and they said they'd send someone who didn't show after a 20 minute wait). It was a few weeks before Christmas, so I get it, and I'll give them another try after the holiday season has died down.”
“About 80% off all my Nike clothing and shoes come from Hibbett. It would have been 5 stars if I actually received my Nike Metcon 5's I ordered last month. I wanted to order another color in the Metcon 5's, but I don't think I will get the shoes. It also took almost two weeks to get my money back. I have never had so many problems with Hibbett before.
Over all I will still shop with Hibbett, but I probably won't order anything for a while. I live in AR and it is alot more stuff on the website than in the store.”
