I’m always impressed by how well they keep up with the newer models. On top of that, their general materials selection makes it easy to grab everything I need for a project in one stop. Prices are competitive, and while stock can vary by location, overall it’s been a reliable place for both tools and supplies!”

“Patti in the James Avery department went ABOVE and beyond for me. No one else wanted to help me (probably because of the way i was dressed, or even because the holiday season is so draining for retail workers) but she stepped in and walked me to the department i needed to be in, gave me GREAT advice and taught me about the product i was interested in. She said she’s been there 12 years and you can TELL. with the amazing practice of patience and customer service she brought me peace when finding the struggle to ask for help. i hope that company is treating her well and paying her what she’s worth. so grateful for people like Patti! you don’t get many like that.”
“Shout-out to the brotha at Starbucks behind the bar, he was holding it down when we walked in and both the drinks he made us were delicious and he had a great attitude in spite of the rush! Y'all should give him a raise!! ??? ( It would also be cool if we could leave a tip on the card machine because I didn't have cash with me, I know people whine about getting asked to tip, but man he earned it and I didn't have it on me. Now I gotta hope bros on the shift next time when I have paper on me.)”
“This Sam's club offers different items not available at other locations, which is nice! It is extremely clean and everyone was helpful. I got home and realized I had left a few items in my cart and about an hour and a half later when I returned, only one of the two items were found outside where I left them. I stood at the return desk and spoke to Jamie and she helped make it right with some great customer service. Jamie went out of her way when she didn't have to, I really appreciate her and I will for sure be returning to this location due to the grade level of customer service.”

“Since moving to NW Arkansas from Northern California in August 2024, I've been shopping at this particular Walmart. I'm writing this review today, however, because a pharmacy technician named Ezra provided me with a level of customer service that was beyond exceptional. After encountering issues with my medical insurance info and payment method, Ezra took the initiative to locate and apply discounts that reduced my prescription costs by 50%. Without this discount, the prescription, which was a much needed antibiotic, would've been unaffordable and unobtainable. In addition, Ezra guided me through the process of adding my CashApp card to my Walmart+ Pay account because the chip in my debit card is defective, and the machine wouldn't accept card swipe transactions. Needless to say, Ezra's knowledge of the Walmart POS system and its mobile app integration prevented me from suffering the likely headache that would've ensued. Ultimately, it was Ezra's positive attitude, patience, friendly demeanor, and overall competence that ensured I left the pharmacy with the medication needed to prevent a life-threatening medical condition from worsening.”
“Loved it!!! Cannot for the life of me remember the name of my stylist and I feel so bad, but she was absolutely amazing! Was able to squeeze me in last minute and did exactly what I asked with my hair ? She was upbeat, friendly, and funny. As someone who gets quite anxious with haircuts her attitude was very appreciated ?”
“It's convenient and saves me trips to the big walmart. Still easy to get in and out of. They still have actual cashiers. But now they want you to sign in to use their wifi.”

“I really like this Walmart for a quick grocery stop. It is the closest to the university so it has much more deli, prepared meals, and quick foods than other Walmarts in the area. It always seems to be well stocked too. Bonus : there is a really good food truck right by the parking lot too!”
“This Sam's has THE best pharmacy team! They're all super on top of patient care. Not rushed. Happy to talk meds with you. I moved my prescriptions here solely *because* of the level of excellence the whole team provides. Doesn't hurt I was able to save some $$ here too but even then, they're my preferred spot to go!”
“Just picking up an order placed online, nice and organized parking and notification system... just tapped my phone to let them know I was there. It didn't take long at all to receive my order, but our car was green, and there were only options for white, black, gray, silver, red, and blue... seems to me that gray and silver are redundant, and green is common enough that it should be on there.”
“This is the one Walmart in the longest time where an employee has come up to me asking if I need help finding anything. Not once did this sweetheart come up and ask me that, but twice and I assume she treats other customers the same way. I tell you what, but small acts of kindness go a long ways for me now days especially because I feel customer service is not as good as it used to be in general. I didn’t get the woman’s name, but she’s taller with glasses with mullet. Sweet as can be. I’d give her a raise!”
“Honestly, this is an above average Walmart EXCEPT FOR THE EMPLOYEES WHICH WERE HORRID AND RUDE. But the shelves are well-stocked, the store was clean, and I've realized this is because this is one of the flagship stores, being so close to the home office. I did find everything I needed though”
