“Patti in the James Avery department went ABOVE and beyond for me. No one else wanted to help me (probably because of the way i was dressed, or even because the holiday season is so draining for retail workers) but she stepped in and walked me to the department i needed to be in, gave me GREAT advice and taught me about the product i was interested in. She said she’s been there 12 years and you can TELL. with the amazing practice of patience and customer service she brought me peace when finding the struggle to ask for help. i hope that company is treating her well and paying her what she’s worth. so grateful for people like Patti! you don’t get many like that.”

Y'all should give him a raise!! ??? ( It would also be cool if we could leave a tip on the card machine because I didn't have cash with me, I know people whine about getting asked to tip, but man he earned it and I didn't have it on me. Now I gotta hope bros on the shift next time when I have paper on me.)”
“Good store with a wide variety of items to choose from. They have something for just about every clothing needed here. The staff was very polite and willing to help. One associate went out of his way to help me find something to fill my needs.”

“I really like this Walmart for a quick grocery stop. It is the closest to the university so it has much more deli, prepared meals, and quick foods than other Walmarts in the area. It always seems to be well stocked too. Bonus : there is a really good food truck right by the parking lot too!”

“Got a trim and style from Zach, and am so happy with it!! He listened to what my needs were, talked with me about a few different things, and when we decided on how to proceed, I got exactly what I asked for! Zach is just the right amount of chatty and very funny! Zach is great with current trends! I enjoyed my visit and will be returning to Zach whenever I need another trim and/or style. The receptionist was super cool and sweet. Salon was very clean even though it was busy. I was nervous going to JCP because I thought it was mostly for elderly folks, but when I was greeted by Zach and the receptionist, I knew I was in a good space, and I'm so glad I went!! I'll be back!!
Requested style: I like face framing instead of bangs and Zach knew exactly what I was talking about!
Hair type: It is thick but super fine and gets super frizzy easily. It's hard to get a trim right. In fact, I'm in the final stages of recovering from an atrocious haircut (layers) without chopping it all off, and Zach was the 3rd professional I'd sought help from. So glad I found him!!”
“Just picking up an order placed online, nice and organized parking and notification system... just tapped my phone to let them know I was there. It didn't take long at all to receive my order, but our car was green, and there were only options for white, black, gray, silver, red, and blue... seems to me that gray and silver are redundant, and green is common enough that it should be on there.”
“Honestly, this is an above average Walmart EXCEPT FOR THE EMPLOYEES WHICH WERE HORRID AND RUDE. But the shelves are well-stocked, the store was clean, and I've realized this is because this is one of the flagship stores, being so close to the home office. I did find everything I needed though”
“This is the one Walmart in the longest time where an employee has come up to me asking if I need help finding anything. Not once did this sweetheart come up and ask me that, but twice and I assume she treats other customers the same way. I tell you what, but small acts of kindness go a long ways for me now days especially because I feel customer service is not as good as it used to be in general. I didn’t get the woman’s name, but she’s taller with glasses with mullet. Sweet as can be. I’d give her a raise!”
“This is a god Walmart. The store was well-stocked and huge. I had forgotten his wonderful a Walmart is in Northwest Arkansas compared to everywhere else. The store was clean, employees were nice, and all-in-all, I'm glad I stopped in,”
