“Giving five stars because of a stellar customer experience I had due to the employees Bryan, Cheli, and Debbie. They were all incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of properly. If I was a metaphor of a fish out of water in this store: Bryan, Cheli, and Debbie were the three handed saint that guided this floundering trout back to safe waters. I prithee all three of those distinguished folks deserve a dollar per hour raise! NAY, a two dollar per hour raise! Each and every one of them.Without Bryan, Cheli, and Debbie's assistance I'd probably give a four star review, maybe a three point five. The institution was fine, not bad.”

“I bought one of their lifetime warranty feeders last spring when raccoons destroyed the cheap hardware store feeder I'd been using. Since then, they've repaired it twice (for free!) and I've started adding their pepper oil to my birdseed.I LOVE this store. Everyone who works here is so friendly and knowledgeable, and I love being to come in and geek out about the cool bird I saw. 10/10, would bird again.”

“Koda and Company is an absolute gem of a pet store! As a pet lover, stumbling upon this family-owned gem was a stroke of luck. The moment I walked in, Sydney Mick greeted me with the warmest smile and an incredible knowledge about every furry friend in the store. Their selection of goodies for pets is paws-itively amazing—everything from toys to treats, and even some unique finds I hadn't seen elsewhere. Koda and Company is a must-visit for any pet parent, and Sydney's expertise and enthusiasm make the experience even more pawsome!”

“Petland doesn’t have the best reputation, but I tried this store anyway because they had the puppy I wanted. I rescued a puppy mill dog once years ago (not from petland) and had to deal with a lot of issues. That’s why I was impressed with this particular store and how well they kept everything clean and well managed. Her temperament is astoundingly good and that’s how I know for sure they did a good job caring for her until she found her forever home with us. I’ve had no issues with her health or mental state. The staff seem to love their jobs and they are knowledgeable and available. Eddie and his wife were fantastic. I cannot say for sure anything about what goes on in the background or about any other store in another city or state. These chains are independently owned. I am against puppy mills and mills should be outlawed. This store showed me she was from a kennel and seeing for myself that she was well adjusted without issues was a good experience. I am just super happy to have my new fur baby. I updated this post a few months after getting her.”
