“I drive for and rent through Uber at Avis. We had an issue with my account that Patti went above and beyond to get fixed and put me back in business. 5 star service....”
“I used to shop around for better rates but always ended up using Enterprise. Their website is a breeze to use and the Customer Service Associates are well trained and friendly.”
“The customer service at the Fayetteville, AR Budget location is fantastic! Both associates we dealt with there were super NICE and HELPFUL. They genuinely cared about our rental experience. We will definitely use them again.”
“My 88 yr Old mother passed out after a walk today I had to call 911 and they sent an ambulance over. The two guys, Josh and Lance went away above average in treating my mom. They were extremely kind and professional and stayed until they were absolutely sure she was OK to stay at home and not go to the hospital. They treated her with such respect and kindness, and I want to thank them personally for treating her and let you know she is doing well.”
