“I have been using the hardware store for many years for my landscape company. I have always had positive experiences. I was shocked to see the extremely negative reviews that some have left on here. And can only assume that those negative experiences posted here are problems related to those particular customers and not the store employees and products. I personally will go out of my way to buy or get service from the hardware store instead of other larger businesses because the service has always been better here.”

“Honestly, this is an above average Walmart EXCEPT FOR THE EMPLOYEES WHICH WERE HORRID AND RUDE. But the shelves are well-stocked, the store was clean, and I've realized this is because this is one of the flagship stores, being so close to the home office. I did find everything I needed though”

“I had a lamp that was very sentimental to me and I couldn’t find anyone to help me fix it. So I stopped in to see if the FL Davis Ace Hardware might know someone. Frer greeted me and I explained the situation he immediately said he could help me and did just that and fixed it with parts I purchased! I was Wowed by the customer service! All the folks there are kind, friendly and so knowledgeable.
