It’s ridiculous that they want to charge you another $30 to set up devices when you have already purchased the device along with the 35.00 activation fee ?????All the employees there when picked up device were doing was sitting around ???Pretty sad

Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews but my experience was very pleasant upgrading my phone. Aaron was an amazing customer rep and was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I thought my phone was totally dead. Lamar was so knowledgeable and helpful! He saved me a lot of money by knowing exactly what was wrong with my old phone and advising me on the trade in and plan options. I came away with a newer phone and a lower bill with better coverage!
