“My husband and I rarely go to the mall but today we had a few things that we needed to do and we stopped by the jewelry counter in JCPenney's there was a lovely lady named Pam that helped us on trying to find a earring for my husband's ear we went through the mall because we couldn't find the earring in the whole time that we were in the mall we came back and the lady Pam found an earrings that she thought would work good for my husband she was attentive and very kind and very sweet and work so hard trying to find us that special earring for my husband though the earrings couldn't be what my husband wanted I end up buying the pair because I like to myself thank you so much Pam-E!!!?”

“Look, T. J. Maxx isn't just a store; it's a highly competitive, psychological contact sport, and honestly, I love it. I deducted one star not because the products are bad (they're often phenomenal deals) but because the sheer emotional endurance required to shop here deserves a medal. You walk in for one small item, maybe a cheap pair of socks, and 45 minutes later, you've somehow acquired a cashmere sweater, an artisanal jar of mustard, and a bath mat shaped like a flamingo. That's the magic. They put high-end designer labels right next to generic novelty items, forcing you to treat the entire experience like a true treasure hunt. Seriously, you have to dig. Why the missing star, though? Two reasons: the check-out line is always structured like a cruel labyrinth designed by someone who hates happiness, and the home goods aisle induces genuine existential panic due to the sheer volume of discounted throw pillows. Still, I'm addicted. I'll be back next week to wrestle someone for the last half-priced Le Creuset pot.”
“Well I was stranded here for 3 days & the staff was very kind. I drove from Colorado & busted a belt on tire, auto dept said my other tire was shot also.so I needed 2 new tires. I had to stay the night for a couple of nights , waiting on money for 2 new tires. This Walmart is very kind, very clean & all around awesome Walmart.”

“Look, I gave Burlington four stars, but let's be clear: two of those stars are purely for the joy of finding a heavily discounted item you didn't even know you needed. Shopping here isn't a leisure activity; it's a competitive sport. You have to be ready to battle through aisles that look like a tornado just finished a clearance sale. Walking in feels less like entering a store and more like embarking on an archaeological dig. You're sifting through stacks of mismatched socks, questionable home goods, and coats that look like they were modeled on a 1980s wrestling star, all in search of that one legendary deal. But here's the kicker: the deals are genuinely amazing when you find them. I've bought gorgeous jackets and quality kitchen gadgets for pennies. That said, I'd give them zero stars for checkout time. You'll spend an hour in a winding queue staring at a mountain of impulse-buy candy and novelty pillows. So, if you've got the patience and the mental fortitude of a seasoned shopper, go for it. Just don't plan on being anywhere else for at least two hours.”
“I went to Walmart with my brother-in-law who doesn't get around well. He tried to use a motor cart which was plugged in. We were trying to figure out if it was working. A Walmart associate came right over and helped us get the cart up and going. I was impressed we didn't have to hunt someone down. Even though the store was very busy (as usual), someone was right there to help. After shopping, the same associate was at the door, and took the riding motor cart and put it away for us. Now that is service!”
“It's decent you work for free when you're the customer. Checking out your own stuff and all the cashiers duties while the real employees stand in front of the exit where the self checkouts are, watching you the whole time. They are dress right dress with toe to line in their cute little outfits And then when you ask them a serious question like where can I pick up my w-2s they look at you funny like you're crazy but other than that they're pretty good place to be as long as it ain't at night because that's when usually are your spun dougie woo woo people coming out you know like the ones that like to fight the ghosts or the shoulder gnawers and definitely can't forget about the Sequoia county shuffle people you know the ones that dancing for no reason got their cell phone in their hand dead as hell no earbuds or your phones listening to music that ain't playing so it's a it's a eventful trip when you go name hey it is Walmart”

“Hooray for Walmarts that tolerate overnight RVs in their lot as this one does. I stopped in late after enjoying an evening in downtown Fort Smith. Popped into the store for some supplies and then found a quiet end of the lot to park up for the night. The store is better than most. My theory on proximity to the Walmart Home Office continues to be proven correct. The closer you are to Bentonville, the nicer and more up-to-date the stores are and this one is. They have the new "Health" side with medical care. The rest of the store is clean, bright and pretty well stocked. I was able to find the stuff I needed and the self-checkout worked well.
