“Today my mother and I had been to Lowe's and Home Depot we had asked for help with a shower enclosure needed immediately that was an odd size. We were told both places to go online and order it there. We went to Home Outlet that I stumbled upon on Google and we thought we would try again.....one last time pretty defeated. When we walked in the door we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman that asked how he could help us and we told him. He said to give him a moment and went and spoke to the other gentlemen working and they walked us to what we needed in less than a minute and a half. We couldn't be more greatful! They were knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. My mother and I declared them all HERO'S!!!!! We are greatful. Sadly I didn't get there names but this is a great place to go for anything you need for your home!”
“We visited this store for the first time today. The owners were very helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of woodworking power tools is probably better than any other store that I've been in. They seem to carry every single thing Kreg makes, which was pretty neat to see. The only small thing that I didn't like was their selection of woodworking hand tools such as planes, chisels, etc.. seemed quite limited. From the discussion that I had with the owner, the cost of assembly and delivery of large power tools was quite reasonable, even down-right good. I think you should buy your wooodworking supplies here, and support a small business that seems to really care about service.”

They had some really great ideas that we will use in making our project for our sons wedding. Everyone is always so nice when we go in and eager to help when needed.”
“I use Baur tools exclusively for the past several years and had for hard DeWalt guys say damn I like this drill or impact or nail gun or whatever tool it was. I wouldn't trade Baur for any others. And I can buy 2 for the price of DeWalt”

“Darragh Ft Smith is the most helpful company in town for tools and supplies. They are very knowledgeable and quick to respond. You just have to make one phone call to them, unlike other companies that you have to stay on them to get what you need. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. “Anytime I am in need & I get a hold of my Johnstone Supply with my needs I am treated with the upmost respect and consideration. The manager, Billy is always more that helpful, positive & up beat; even when he has to deliver unfortunate news to me, i.e. a part that has been discontinued; this is after he has to tried to find me a comparable part or replacement. The atmosphere and team's behavior show that they respect their manager as well as each other; which reflects & goes a long way. When & if my needs arrive I will contact Billy & my Johnstone guys 100% of the time first due directly to the respect I am given!!!

“Being a girl during the time we are in, I usually dread going into “manly” stores. A couple days ago I went into my local Lowe’s to get some supplies for my newest project. I needed a smaller bit of lumber, new outlet covers, light switch covers, and to take my stroll throughout the succulent section. I walked and grabbed my basket and I was greeted by one of the store associates, Jennifer Lott. She was kind, respectful, well-mannered. She made my shopping experience so much better as if it were a different person. She is one of the best workers at this store. This young lady deserves a well deserved raise!”
