“Joe is one of the managers for this location and today I came in to see if he could help in a dire situation and help make a new key for my toolbox at work however after getting there he took the time to explain that they can rekey certain locks and we tried and failed and Joe went above and beyond and was able to source me a new lock which they only had one of and get me back up and going with a included spare key and I am shocked for he has been a straight shooter and has been nothing but professional and a big help I will definitely be coming here more often thank you sir for the guidance and education on keys and locks”
